Having fun....

Brought him to T3's Basement 2 where they had this children playground. Somewhat like Gymboree style but with balloons and a different concept. Fun though for him.

Missing mummy...

Evelyn's still away on her business trip to London and so brought Ellie to the airport spend some quality time. Instead she sat there silently and suddenly asks me if mummy is returning on this plane....

Eve and her first long trip....

It's been 2 days or 3 days, anyway who's counting. I am just so looking forward to Eve's return next Monday! Another week to go and can really feel the exhaustion of coping with a boy whose fever is roller coastering, persistent runny nose which causes his congested sinus. A 4 year old who misses her mother so much that the first thing she wakes up each morning is "where is mummy?" and she starts sobbing. It's not crying mind you but soft whines intertwined with tears trickling down her cheeks. And did I mention that it happened throughout the day?

I do miss Eve but not because of the skilled handling of Seth at night nor the additional hands at carrying him or cajoling Ellie when she is at her princess mode. But simply because I miss her....

Growing up together...

Just love to watch the 2 little ones playing together. The bond that they have really lightens my heart a lot. It's always wonderful to have someone there to take digs at you, snatch things from, make accusations at, bashing and kicks at but most important of all, someone there for you despite everything.

I know they will grow up looking after each other and lying to us so that they can go party somewhere and meet back at the same place and come home. Don't we all do that at some point of our childhood. Ha.
